Cody East: “FIGHT NIGHTS GLOBAL is just a bigger show and the opportunities there are great”
The American Heavyweight Cody “The Freight Train” East spoke on his FIGHT NIGHTS GLOBAL deal and plans in the organization:
“After UFC I continued to train and was trying to find someone to fight me. I never thought of retirement. My main reason to quit UFC was some serious health issues. Not the loss in Oct 2016.
I got a couple offers but FIGHT NIGHTS GLOBAL is just a bigger show and the opportunities there are great. I expect to be the hvy champ! Not going to be easy but I'm ready for war. I should say that I’m also coming for the 205 p/93.0 kg Light Heavyweight belt!”
